PwC (Optional) Unpaid Leave of Absence Initiative Receives Approval

PwC today announced that 3500 staff agreed to participate in its ‘I Cant Believe It’s Not: A PwC Pay Freeze’ initiative.

This is one of the better strategic things we have done for some time.
Johnson also took time to point out the ‘voluntary’ nature of the program:
We emphasised we were not putting pressure on people to take part
However, a PwC spy had a different assessment of the unpaid leave plan in comments we received back in May. Who is telling the truth (we don’t know)? The comments we received in May appear to strike a similar chord to the present murmurings at KPMG.
